First, should have sufficient understanding to one's own personality and psychological characteristics. As usual anxious disease, depression that see, doubting the disease,etc..

For instance when suffering from diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension,etc. by oneself, to more serious consequence that may appear future, there should be psychological preparation.

Fourth, should see a psychologist in time after finding that have psychological problems oneself.

Fifth, learn to do " The outsider " . Such as meeting some " The trouble " When, you can jump out " oneself " ,As " onlooker " Come to look at problem.
