The coarse food grain is in our daily diet, though the proportion standing is not big, however, it is essential. It is more nutritious after fermenting that coarse food grain of saying, maize flour, Chinese sorghum, buckwheat flour,etc. comes from nutrition. The coarse food grain except keeps protein, carbohydrate, fat after fermenting, still contain rich amount of many kinds of B clan vitamins.
