As cause hepatocyte when the a large amount of repeated necrosis because of virus hepatitis, etc., the hepatocyte destroyed is filled in by the fibrous tissue, form so-called " cicatrix " ,When these cicatrixes are increasing constantly, even if the liver relies on its self- regeneration ability to produce the new hepatocyte, but these hepatocytes are often " cicatrix " Surround, form the unusual small leaf of false liver, or " regenerated tubercle ", make the liver structure change but unable to restore to the original state, in this way, the blood circulation of the liver will change too, it is unable to get sufficient blood supplt, the change like this is commonly called as " Liver cirrhosis " . The main reason of liver cirrhosis is chronic B-mode, C-mode virus hepatitis and alcohol fatty liver and alcohol hepatitis,etc., a few can also be guided by medicine hepatopathy. Generally there is no obvious subjective symptoms in initial stage.
